Intel's Still Go It

I was also able to get it much lower than the MSRP and while its worth the price, I'd recommend not paying more than $320 for this. In terms of performance, I 've been able to max out every game I throw at it at 1440p 144htz with Ray tracing on. Definitely worth picking up.

You also get extremely competitive single-threaded performance at stock settings. Such an awesome product to live for the next 7-10 years.

Good gaming processor with iGPU as insurance.

As prices were in the same range as AMD at time of purchase, final decision came down to see future GPU market as it was, and having the iGPU + 2/4 additional cores/threads, made this the winner. Majority of recent games as well still see a slight bump in performance and stability on Intel presently.

I still didn't even have the power supply or video card. Good job Best Buy! I picked out the 10700k for being about the best bang for the buck in my opinion, so hopefully it works out in reality as well as it looks on paper! lol I'll update this review in the future if the CPU doesn't meet or exceed my expectations ;)

Fast, stable, good value for years to come

VERY much worth the price to replace my aging Core i7 -7700k. 8 Cores and 16 threads gives lots of performance that anyone can enjoy in any games and is more than enough for 90% of the programs anyone would use.

I see very little difference if any. The extra cores is why i went this rout plus no 5600x or 5800x in stock or way over priced. Is worth the price paid for it.
