I purchased products in the store of Dadeland (Miami) to build my own desktop at home. One of them was a Core i7 13700K taken directly from shelf behind the locked glass door (Box sealed). Unfortunatelly, my PC does not even turn on with the CPU connected. As I don't live in the USA, I contacted worldwide Intel support (case id 06252036) checking the warranty, but for my surprise I was told that the CPU is a FRAUD because the ATPO number is not printed in the CPU board and that I should get back to the seller. I contacted Best Buy support via chat (case id 337104409) and I was told that I should return it to any Best Buy store in the USA in order to either get another product or my money back. Before I do it, I want to make sure I am not going to waste my time and money since it is a long journey. As I was not believing, I contacted Intel support via phone and fortunatelly I spoke to the same agent replied me via chat/email and he confirms this is not their first case like this. Even being hard to believe, I accessed Intel website "Check your warranty coverage" (https://supporttickets.intel.com/s/warrantyinfo?language=en_US). Entered the Batch number (FPO) = X309M176 & Serial number (ATPO) = U3U2833Q02152 and the result displays a different batch number (Batch number (FPO) = X313G431). Can someone help me out? Prints are attached to prove my comments.

For something being used in a corporate or small business setting this is an excellent pick.

Very fast and stable. I did not overclock just threw an aio on and let this puppy rip. Very noice.

Great CPU with stable clock speeds. I keep mine on boost and have no issues with stability or heat. Great upgrade from my i7 9700k

Bought a non-K version first and am satisfied. Building another rig so got the K to make it a little better.

Incredibly fast, I had the original i7 and this new one does not disappoint. Very good performance in games, goes well with a 4090.

The actual best cpu. The i9's are a lot more expensive for a little more performance. The i7 just wins here. Easy choice

Powerful chip, maybe overkill for most tasks. This chip runs hot when under load. Good value when it is on sale.

CPU is a beast but gobbles power and you have to have great cooling to get the best out of it. Andrew from Best Buy Mision Valley was very helpful. Turned what could have been a very bad experience completely around. (BestBuy had me pay ahead of time over the phone based on having stock...got there and they didn't have what I already paid for and for that EXACT reason.) Andrew was able to get me interested in a higher level product which usually doesn't go well...it's a lot more money though =(. In the end I am happy.

Its runs nice in cool in my corsair 4000D airflow performs extremely well in any processor heavy application I throw at it!

Strong CPU but can get very hot if you dont have a good CPU cooler.

Primarily used for gaming, this chip runs a bit hot so I wouldnt recommend anything under 240mm AIO.

Changed from i-7 12700K to 13700K amd gave away the old one to my friend. This feels faster even though it's not much.

Run cool temps overclocked to 5.6mhz all cores. Don’t care my for ecores so I turned them off.
