I really didn't want it. After trying it for a while, I went back to Norton's Security On-line, which I am more familiar with, and had no problems with.

Once the $49.99 annual subscription kicked they performed a system update. Hadn’t nor didn’t realized that my Camera and Skype stopped working (didn’t purchase Best Buy) warranty so had to call HP Tech support who broke it even more. WOW! Neither Best Buy nor Trend Micro want to refund the $49.99 AMAZING. Purchased a desktop computer that came with Webroot $29.99 per year. Get this Anti-Virus from Best Buy not this one TRUST ME!

Sadly I got suckered because BB associate failed to mention anything about it. I didn’t get the notice free trial ended after 6 months so it automatically renewed. This time around, I got the notice and found out I’d been charged for the previous year and hadn’t noticed the charge since I purchase thousands annually from BB. Everyone trying to sucker you, sadly BB did the same! Very upset!

It was included as a package of free things that came with my macbook pro. The thing was, I had to ask them to give me it even though it was clearly mentioned that it would come with the purchase. The employees didn't even know what I was talking about. All told, I'd go with a different security, but if its free, I'll take it.
