I am trying to put it on a 2nd device. I followed the instructions but it did not work. I have been on Chat now for 2 1/2 hours. They gave me the same instructions that don't work. Now I am told to wait for an engineer to come on the line. I have been waiting over 2 hours for that engineer. I am going to give up and get something else.

Be sure you are visiting the special Trend Micro website for Best Buy customers to download the version that will work with the activation code for your subscription. You should have an email from Best Buy with the link.

They include this for free? But then it renews automatically and they charge $35 ! Never used that ! And unable to cancel it on line. Will have to go to store !

I have been trying to cancel this order for months now and I can't get anywhere with it. I've replaced the computer that the software was originally installed on and I just want the charges to stop. This service is so user un-friendly!

Months after the purchase of my computer software, i was automatically billed this annual security subscription. I have no idea how to remove it, i'm not even using it! Extremely frustrating. Best buy should not do this to their customers.

I was informed through the Geek Squad that I have security through the Geek Squad. I was told that it would be returned to me, I am still waiting and it has been close to a month now. I am going back to Geek Squad and find out what is going on.
