Posted .Your Trend Micro software is able to get new security updates daily as long as the device has an Internet connection, TimH. You should feel secure knowing that Trend Micro is protecting your laptop.

I am trying to put it on a 2nd device. I followed the instructions but it did not work. I have been on Chat now for 2 1/2 hours. They gave me the same instructions that don't work. Now I am told to wait for an engineer to come on the line. I have been waiting over 2 hours for that engineer. I am going to give up and get something else.

Be sure you are visiting the special Trend Micro website for Best Buy customers to download the version that will work with the activation code for your subscription. You should have an email from Best Buy with the link.
