I will not recommend this as it came free with my laptop purchase but no use

installed it, not really sure if I needed it, so maybe it works?

There is no obvious way to cancel the order and they will continue to charge you for years. I have been trying to cancel this order for months now and I can't get anywhere with it. I've replaced the computer that the software was originally installed on and I just want the charges to stop. This service is so user un-friendly!

this subscription was added to an in store purchase of a completely unrelated item. Months after the purchase of my computer software, i was automatically billed this annual security subscription. I have no idea how to remove it, i'm not even using it! Extremely frustrating. Best buy should not do this to their customers.

Renewed automatically and didn’t want it to! Also, no instructions on how to install!

I was told my security had expired and so I paid for another year. I was informed through the Geek Squad that I have security through the Geek Squad. I was told that it would be returned to me, I am still waiting and it has been close to a month now. I am going back to Geek Squad and find out what is going on.

This hits my credit card every year like clockwork. I cant figure out how to cancel it. Dont set it up or you will be paying for it for live.

Very difficult to cancel, the system doesn't give you the option and all agents are busy! worst service, I also bought the office 365 from you two years ago and I had to buy it again online because the card you sent me wasn't activated and you NEVER resolved it! (But of course the charge was done)

I had to get Geek Squad to remove the program after it failed to update. Geek Squad tried to reinstall. Install failed. Geek Squad tried something else and said to try reinstall. That also failed. TrendMicro will not install on WinVer 20H2 (OS Build 19042,1052)

Beware that this product may not work as you think and if you call for support you will be billed !!!

They kept renewing my subscription even though I told them not to. Twice, I had to call them for a refund. The last time they kept telling me it had been refunded, but it never showed up on my card. Had to get the credit card company involved. When you call, you cannot speak to someone in the United States.

I was charge twice for Trend Micro Internet Security this year 2020 called services two times no help was told thy call back ? the services is $ 53.11 a year . But my credit card want $ 106.22 double ! To be payed to BEST BUY WHAT UP ??????????????

Did not request renewal it was automatic. Glad I verified my bill.

So annoying I can’t tell you how many issues it has good lord it drives me crazy ….. it makes you want to just be attacked by viruses than deal with the constant pop up crap

Best Buy charged me a Renewal that I didn't know and recognized. This store must avoid this type of sales policy. It is really not wished by me as costumer. I have already complain but the store still sending charges on my credit card.

This caused me great trouble with my new Mac laptop. I didn’t realize that the Mac has its own security and updates regularly. I spent 3 hours with tech support to untangle this product from my system.

Beware of the sales people, they set your accounts up to automatically renew when you don’t know and then just sneak and charge your credit card that you didn’t authorize to be saved on their system!

This is a waste of money not worth buying it and I don’t recommend
