(But of course the charge was done)

Install failed. Geek Squad tried something else and said to try reinstall. That also failed. TrendMicro will not install on WinVer 20H2 (OS Build 19042,1052)

Twice, I had to call them for a refund. The last time they kept telling me it had been refunded, but it never showed up on my card. Had to get the credit card company involved. When you call, you cannot speak to someone in the United States.

This store must avoid this type of sales policy. It is really not wished by me as costumer. I have already complain but the store still sending charges on my credit card.
