Webroot is the easiest antiviral and security software we have ever used.Had Best Buy install on my wife’s HP Envy desktop which she uses for her healthcare consultant’s job. It is automatic and very effective at protecting the computer!

Tried other products before, including what is automatically included in phone-internet-TV company;s package. Webroot takes less space and runs efficiently in the background. Have not had any security issues since starting with Webroot (recommended by Best Buy) a couple of years ago. Recommend it highly.

I appreciate the extra bells & whistles Webroot provides, such as letting me know that websites I am about to visit are safe. I have had far fewer problems since switching to Webroot several years ago. Definitely a happy customer.

I purchased this product along with Geek Squad protection when I purchased a new computer for my family years ago. Product works great as it detects and removes harmful viruses from you computer. I renew my Geek Squad Protection and Webroot subscription annually with absolute ease.

I love my Webroot Internet Security. I have it on all my devices. It is so very convenient to have it on a yearly subscription. While I am still very careful on what I stream and open on my devices it is a relief to know that Webroot is there to protect me and my information.

I have used Webroot for several years, and have never had a problem, but just recently I have a malware on my computer that Webroot is not picking up!!!! It is the Google redirect to Yahoo virus. Need to figure out how to get this off. I would give 5 stars until now. Hard to recommend if it is missing malware.

We love knowing that our computers are protected by Webroot. We have had it for over a year. It is a peace of mind having a wonderful product like Webroot.

My WEBROOT Security is a must with computer scams rampant. have had this protection for many years. & well worth the price.

Webroot and the Squad are things every senior should have. My computer has not been hacked since I got both. Monthly cleanouts by the Squad can be done remotely.

All this usage and I can still get into trouble. With Webroot reviewing my computer on a monthly basis, it cleans, protects and warns me re : viruses, missing links, bad programs, etc., all at the same time.

Have used Webroot for awhile and it doesn't seem to drag down performance to a noticeable degree. I am sure that there are websites like CNET or others that have reviewed it. Works in the background and was not hard to set up. Getting a lower than expected price on the renewal didn't hurt either.

I had previously used Norton Antivirus but once I took out the Tech Service Plan Webroot was included in the cost. Love they way it gives me updates and automatically monitors my computer. If Webroot misses a virus I can take my computer to the Tech Support people and they will find the virus and destroy it. :)

I have had Webroot for a number of years. I am satisfied. I am not always that I get full service from the Geek Squad side of the contract. There seems to be more that they don't do, as suppose to what they can do to help me. But, I am still glad that this is part of the service contract.

Great has been excellent for my computer, I'm not worried about Webroot not doing its job. It's on guard at all times and I'm grateful for the program. The yearly subscription is great for anyone to have.

Since getting this Internet Security through Best Buy I haven't had a single episode of some virus trying to get into my computer. Feel secure now and it does keep checking and I don't have to worry at all.

One subscription I will keep renewing. Webroot protects multiple devices in our home and blocks unauthorized attempts easily. We have other security measures, but this is the front-line.

I purchase this webroot auto pay every year in our computers laptop & 4 iPads! Have used thus a few times and was in & out of stire fir help withstand few items quick and at no or a minimal fee! Will continue to pay fir this as we upgrade our electronics Thanks

Web root has been protecting my computer for over a year, and during this period I've not had any difficulties with the computer operation. So, I assume Webroot is doing its job.

I purchased Web Root because of the need for computer protection and the Geek Squad member was very helpful in educating me about it and as a result I now feel better about the protection to the new Surface Pro and the level of protection given by Web Root.

My grandson always used Webroot but I used Kaspersky Security. When Best Buy no longer supported Kaspersky I switched to Webroot and have been a happy camper since and feel confident that Webroot is keeping my computer safe. I would definitely recommend Webroot for your Internet Security.
