I have had Webroot for a number of years. I am satisfied. I am not always that I get full service from the Geek Squad side of the contract. There seems to be more that they don't do, as suppose to what they can do to help me. But, I am still glad that this is part of the service contract.

I purchased Web Root because of the need for computer protection and the Geek Squad member was very helpful in educating me about it and as a result I now feel better about the protection to the new Surface Pro and the level of protection given by Web Root.

I purchase this webroot auto pay every year in our computers laptop & 4 iPads! Have used thus a few times and was in & out of stire fir help withstand few items quick and at no or a minimal fee! Will continue to pay fir this as we upgrade our electronics Thanks

I have had Webroot for several years now and I will continue to renew each year. It is an excellent product and I know that it helps keep my computer safe ... and me safe.

I like Webroot because it lets you know when you are on a site that can cause me a problem with my lap top.

My grandson always used Webroot but I used Kaspersky Security. When Best Buy no longer supported Kaspersky I switched to Webroot and have been a happy camper since and feel confident that Webroot is keeping my computer safe. I would definitely recommend Webroot for your Internet Security.

I'm not sure how many years I've had Webroot since it was suggested, but it has made my computer use much less stressful, as a rather computer illiterate user.

I have renewed this ever year for about 5 years. It's a great value if you don't particularly have time to maintain your computer or aren't particularly savvy on how to do that. Through the years it has become more popular and the wait times are starting to get a little out of hand.

I have been very pleased with the Webroot Internet Security Software that I loaded on my computer. It has ensured that I do not get hacked and this is a great comfort to me. I just renewed my subscription and will continue to use as long as it supports my Apple Mac laptop.

I started using WEBROOT 3.5 years ago when I bought my laptop. At Best Buy . I all so got the Geek Squad. They would update my laptop 2 x a year. Before I always bought Nortens. But WEBROOT is way more easer to use and protects your whatever its on.

Webroot has totally protected my computers for several years. The software is not invasive, a problem I used to have with competitor products, and is basically invisible to me when I am using my computer.

We took advantage of the webroot when we got my laptop 2 years ago and my computer has ran smoothly since! I get an email every year alerting me that the renewal is coming up and renews it for me without me doing a thing. Other people I know have spyware issues all the time but not me(knock on wood)!!!

I really prefer this security coverage to some of the others. Been using this service for years and never had a problem.

I have been using this product since I purchased this computer six years ago and it has kept my work secure.

Works well and provides good protection. Only problem is it is hard to open the notifications that something needs to be managed/updated, but that may just be due to my lack of familiarity with the product

Webroot Security is the Best Computer Protection to keep your computer from viruses and all the other bad stuff that can get into your computer while Browsing the Internet.

This product comes with my tech support package. Webroot protects my computers PC and MAC. It seems a bit pricey with the package of tech support $210. I wish there was a way to do the renewal using my points, like when I first bought it.

I bought my Webroot subscription with my first laptop years ago, and I keep renewing it every year (at a great price) and it covers not out my laptop, but you can cover your cell phone as well. It works great at keeping our devices up to date with security.

Best ever Anti-virus! Haven't experienced any problems anymore ever since I installed it. 6 years & counting.
