This was installed by Geek Squad when the replaced my lap top hard drive. I guess it works OK as laptop is like new again (very fast for a $220 ASUS). Speed staying high. Don't know it is there - which is a good thing.

We took advantage of the webroot when we got my laptop 2 years ago and my computer has ran smoothly since! I get an email every year alerting me that the renewal is coming up and renews it for me without me doing a thing. Other people I know have spyware issues all the time but not me(knock on wood)!!!

I have renewed this ever year for about 5 years. It's a great value if you don't particularly have time to maintain your computer or aren't particularly savvy on how to do that. Through the years it has become more popular and the wait times are starting to get a little out of hand.

I have been very pleased with the Webroot Internet Security Software that I loaded on my computer. It has ensured that I do not get hacked and this is a great comfort to me. I just renewed my subscription and will continue to use as long as it supports my Apple Mac laptop.

Once again, simplicity is the key! In our too complicated world, it's so easy to let a simple renewal go awry. But not with Best Buy on your side. Their prompt friendly service is A1+! Thanks, Best Buy for keeping me safe with Webroot auto renewal.

I started using WEBROOT 3.5 years ago when I bought my laptop. At Best Buy . I all so got the Geek Squad. They would update my laptop 2 x a year. Before I always bought Nortens. But WEBROOT is way more easer to use and protects your whatever its on.

I am not very literate about electronics so Kanssa the sales person was very helpful and very patient explaining the differences between various printers. It was pretty easy setting up. The only trouble I had was figuring out how the paper went into the paper tray. Pictures were not enough, needed some verbal info too.

I bought my Webroot subscription with my first laptop years ago, and I keep renewing it every year (at a great price) and it covers not out my laptop, but you can cover your cell phone as well. It works great at keeping our devices up to date with security.

This product comes with my tech support package. Webroot protects my computers PC and MAC. It seems a bit pricey with the package of tech support $210. I wish there was a way to do the renewal using my points, like when I first bought it.

Webroot has totally protected my computers for several years. The software is not invasive, a problem I used to have with competitor products, and is basically invisible to me when I am using my computer.

Webroot Security is the Best Computer Protection to keep your computer from viruses and all the other bad stuff that can get into your computer while Browsing the Internet.

This laptop is exactly the size I wanted - it will be so easy to travel with or move from room to room at home. Lenovo is a great product - this is my second Lenovo and I couldn't be happier. The tutorial that came with it to set everything up was GREAT - especially for someone like me who isn't technically savvy.

I have had Webroot for several years now and I will continue to renew each year. It is an excellent product and I know that it helps keep my computer safe ... and me safe.

I have been having webroot ever since I purchased this computer and I find that this Internet Security Subscription allows me to have peace of mind and it does what it is supposed to do such as running scans and I am confident in the product.

I love webroot I actually buy it annually so I give this to my daughter to get three months free. I actually totally recommend web root even though it's three months free this is something that you should get for your computer to protect it definitely.

Works well and provides good protection. Only problem is it is hard to open the notifications that something needs to be managed/updated, but that may just be due to my lack of familiarity with the product

What is confusing is that it lists as bought in store. And I did not buy this in store. But I do like the service that I get. Occasionally some hacks do get into my computer, it seems. But I have the Geek Squad and they clean up my system. I certainly like getting this professional care.

No problems with my laptop since installing this, I will be using this security monitoring system for my electronics.

At first, I didn't want this installed, but realized how important it is. I dropped my subscription to a competitor. It's works seamlessly with my computer, updates itself without my attention. Absolutely no problem and it's included in the annual Geek Squad membership which I also find I can't live without.
