This is my second year with WEBROOT. There is nothing more frustrating than getting ambushed by malware while out on the internet. Like a good beat cop, WEBROOT has kept the malware at bay. WEBROOT autoscans my computer to check for any malware that snuck onto the system. Only 4 threats removed, the last of which was over a year ago. This tells me that WEBROOT is catching the malware as it is encountered.

Webroot is the best security provide i have had experience with. I was introduced to this throufh Best Buy Geek Squad protection and will never go back to McAfee or Norton. I had a virus attempt to effect my laptop and Webroot did its job perfectly. My laptop was not effected and webroot notified me that there was an issue quickly.i would recommend this to anyone.

The ONLY good thing about Total Tech Support is the Webroot subscription that includes Last Pass. A great value, but if I go with Webroot and Last Pass along it is $106 as opposed to $200. You literally get nothing for the extra $94, appointments made online for time slots when the store is closed and lack of coverage for large appliances, despite the package stating they are covered.
