Easy to use system, keeps everything running smoothly.

Have used Webroot for several years based upon the recommendation of Geek Squad. Have experienced no major issues to date. Much better, and cheaper, than Norton, McAfee and other security software that I have used in past years.

This was installed by Geek Squad when the replaced my lap top hard drive. I guess it works OK as laptop is like new again (very fast for a $220 ASUS). Speed staying high. Don't know it is there - which is a good thing.

Webroot and the Squad are things every senior should have. My computer has not been hacked since I got both. Monthly cleanouts by the Squad can be done remotely.

One subscription I will keep renewing. Webroot protects multiple devices in our home and blocks unauthorized attempts easily. We have other security measures, but this is the front-line.

We love knowing that our computers are protected by Webroot. We have had it for over a year. It is a peace of mind having a wonderful product like Webroot.

At first, I didn't want this installed, but realized how important it is. I dropped my subscription to a competitor. It's works seamlessly with my computer, updates itself without my attention. Absolutely no problem and it's included in the annual Geek Squad membership which I also find I can't live without.

I bought my Webroot subscription with my first laptop years ago, and I keep renewing it every year (at a great price) and it covers not out my laptop, but you can cover your cell phone as well. It works great at keeping our devices up to date with security.

This product comes with my tech support package. Webroot protects my computers PC and MAC. It seems a bit pricey with the package of tech support $210. I wish there was a way to do the renewal using my points, like when I first bought it.

Good security software; doesn't always work well with other programs

Webroot is the best thing since sliced bread!!! No kidding. Webroot has warned me several times when a site was dangerous and a potential threat for intrusion into my system...which was an invaluable safety measure keeping my computer from crashing.

Works well and provides good protection. Only problem is it is hard to open the notifications that something needs to be managed/updated, but that may just be due to my lack of familiarity with the product
