This battery back-up is a suitable replacement for my previous one, which died when I removed it from its location, while the room was being renovated. The instructions for installation were not simple enough. ON the first page, it should have given the procedures for activating the battery. Second, going to the internet location for the power saving display, unit sensitivity. When I did what was asked and turned the unit back on, it reverted to the original low level setting, even after two attempts. As long as it gives me adequate time to turn everything off when a power outage occurs, I am satisfied.

Service contract purchased was a perfect fit for keeping my desktop computer up-to-day & resolving any computer problems.

Been using Webroot for many years. It keeps all virus and malware away. The program runs it own periodic scans to clear any issues. Worth the yearly fee.

I rely on Webroot to keep everything virus free. I get a regular report from them and notices if there is something possibly a threat.
