Have had no problems with it, and since it is a Best Buy product, I call the geek squad if I have any problems.

Purchased Best Buy Geek Squad Plan and this security software comes with the plan. I thought I would never trust a security software again after I had problems in the past with other security software programs. But, since I had it downloaded into my laptop, this great security program works itself, scanning immediately without me having to click on any buttons to activate. I have had this software for over a year now and I plan to keep it as part of my laptop. What a nice addition along with the Best Buy "Geek Squad" on my side.

The Samsung S8+ is a great product, much more useful the my Samsung Note. It took a little while to get used to the the shape. My learning curve is a little slow. It probably does more than what I'm using it for but I'm happy with my experience.
