I opened a document that was a hack, sending emails to many in my contact list --- but within seconds of clcking on Webroot as a realized what had hppened, Webroot found and cornered the virus segments, and then destroyed them before the damage was greater . I love having this service . They automatically scan and notify me if I have any security problems in my system. They are connected with the local Best Buy and you aren't getting calls from people you don't know telling you scams. I like having my security and service all in one store.

Webroot is a great product for my desktop and laptop computers. The scans are scheduled and run when they are programmed and when there has been a problem, virus or malware, Webroot has stopped it and quarantined it. After that I have the option of deleting the file that has caused a problem with my pc.

Webroot Internet Security is a strong virus protection. I use this on all my devices, it will run consistently to keep my laptop secure. If a laptop issue requires it, even Geek Squad runs it again to make sure its doing its job. If Best Buy's Geek Squad trusts it, than it has to be a good protection.

Webroot is such an awesome security subscription. It's very detailed and is always working in the background to protect your privacy.

Seems to work well without a lot of involvement on my part. Have to assume it is working since I've never gotten a notice that anything was caught. Easy automatic renewal with change to my credit card.

I've been using the Geek Squad and Webroot security system for 5 years now and I've never had a problem or been hacked. The system has found a couple of hacking efforts and altered me to the danger. I'm a novice at tech stuff (just ask my kids!) but I know Webroot WORKS and keeps me secure - that's all I want!!

This is one of the better internet security programs that I've used. I've tried Norton and a couple of others, but this one is much better, hands down! It does not slow your computer down and you can run other programs without any issues while it is running scans in the background. I really like it!
