Webroot is a great product for my desktop and laptop computers. The scans are scheduled and run when they are programmed and when there has been a problem, virus or malware, Webroot has stopped it and quarantined it. After that I have the option of deleting the file that has caused a problem with my pc.

Webroot Internet Security is a strong virus protection. I use this on all my devices, it will run consistently to keep my laptop secure. If a laptop issue requires it, even Geek Squad runs it again to make sure its doing its job. If Best Buy's Geek Squad trusts it, than it has to be a good protection.

I have been protected on both my desktop and laptop computers and couldn't feel safer. I have not experienced the usual resource hogging that you can get with other thorough antivirus and internet protection systems and the set up was simple. Reminders and reports are efficient and non invasive. Very good, reliable protection for about a year now!

I've been using the Geek Squad and Webroot security system for 5 years now and I've never had a problem or been hacked. The system has found a couple of hacking efforts and altered me to the danger. I'm a novice at tech stuff (just ask my kids!) but I know Webroot WORKS and keeps me secure - that's all I want!!

Have always had "WEBROOT" with my computers; they send notice re their checkups which is appreciated. Would NOT be without! NOTE: My new GEEK service plan purchased 9-18-20 includes Webroot - but keep getting "expiration" notice from my earlier Plan's coverage - will appreciate your help in this regard.

This is one of the better internet security programs that I've used. I've tried Norton and a couple of others, but this one is much better, hands down! It does not slow your computer down and you can run other programs without any issues while it is running scans in the background. I really like it!

I love this product. I feel safe and secure with my computer. The Geek Squad is so easy to use and very helpful. They have checked my computer numerous times, whenever I have an issue, I just call them. Great price for the great service This runs automatically, so no need to remember to do it.

WebRoot is top notch security for my PC. It scans regularly, trouble shoots any issues found & resolves them when prompted. I keep renewing the contract year after year. I can monitor its current status & recent activity byckickin on the icon on my desktop. Does not get any easier than that to check on how secure my PC is at anytime I am on line.

I have had this product for at least two years plus and it keeps my desk top computer and my laptop free of threats.I like the fact I can protect both computers under one contract. The fact that I can renew it along with my Geek contract is so convenient and I usually get a discount if I renew at the same time.

Webroot has protected my computer for years. I have used other anti virus products. This has been better than the others. Highly recommend it.

I have been using Webroot for at least 5 years now. I have never had a problem with viruses since I loaded this security software. It runs in the background and really takes care of your computer. Look no further if you are in the need for security software. It does everything it is supposed to do.

I have used Webroot with Best Buy for years and it is a Great Plan. Now I have it included in the Best Buy Total Protection Plan which covers everything at one price. That is the best way to go now.

Since Best Buy Geek Squad recommended I switch to Webroot, I have had fewer problems with security. Or aggravating interruptions. Also my devices all update automatically now without my having to do anything. Renewal has become routine and painless. I am pleased.

The program can run in the background on a schedule you set, or can be started in the program list. I have used this for years, renewing each year and now included with the GEEk Squad support. It finds "bad" programs and tells you what it finds. I rely on it to tell me dangerous sites when I shop on-line.

I purchase this service for when I purchased my new PC. It is great that BestBuy offer a service for whenever you purchase a PC. This service provided protection for virus and any malware that could corrupt my PC. I recommend this service for whenever you purchase any PC at BestBuy.

I feel this is a protection I must have for my computer and I purchase it every year from Best Buy and the Geek Squad! I depend on it to warn my husband and myself when we have a security breach and someone trying to hack into our PC! I’m not sure what I’d do without the protection it provides!

I've been using WEBROOT for 2-years, and it's probably the BEST Security Subscription I've had in years! It misses (almost) nothing. Only once, did I catch something, which slipped thru the cracks. I've renewed it, and I'd definitely purchase this product again!

I do not have to wonder if my computer is secure. Webroot performs scheduled checks and lets me know the results. It also lets me know if a website is not secure
