This product has kept my computer safe, without viruses. I have used other anti virus products in the past, but webroot is working well, so I’ll stay with it.

I have had Webroot on three devices for over a year, and recently renewed for another year. The renewal was smooth. The produce inspires confidence. Best Buy, on the other hand, does not follow up with the customer about installing Webroot on new devices. We purchased a tablet and a phone, and managed to install Webroot without the help of Best Buy or GeekSquad. At the conclusion of the installation, we were prompted to upgrade the Professional Version. That raises the question of whether we have a higher level of protection on the other three devices. GeekSquad online does not inspire confidence, for a number of reasons. BUT Justin, the GeekSquad agent at the Pineville store, seems to solve every problem quickly and cheerfully. He is the best, and makes GeekSquad membership worthwhile. There - you get two reviews for the price of one.

Excellent way to make sure you don’t receive a virus on your computer. Checks are automatically done every day. Works excellent would not be with out it.

Good thing I bought this security product. Its easy to use and it gives me updates whenever I want and sends a notification if any threats happen.

Webroot security has been fantastic for me. I have subscribed for the past 3 years and have not had any issues. I am very happy with the "Geek Squad" help also

Don't know , maybe 3-4years now. Webroot has worked flawlessly and caught some questionable attempts, all of which I have checked and they were right to block. Why 4-Stars? Not the program, just the cost of the BestBuy Service bundle. Yes, BestBuy had always been then when I need them. And, my local store has been More than outstanding in seeing us fast and gotten things done faster. We do not use the service feature that often. For that, IMHO, seems to me a lot for the bundle. Have been pricing Webroot, alone. Good reviews. Got to trust someone, sometime, somehow. Webroot seems, to me, to be a reliable, trustworthy, program. Despite this - I would recommend Webroot and the BestBuy Service annual service agreement. You never know when 'the Big One' may hit. I trust my store to save me, hope yours will do the same.

Webroot gets the job done. I never have any junk invade my computer. If I get in the wrong place Webroot is there saying get back to safe ground.

When I bought my Mac this was recommended I have not had any issues and believe it is doing exactly what it should, work on schedule and let me know if there are any threats. So far I have had one alert about a threat and we took care of it.
