I purchase this service for when I purchased my new PC. It is great that BestBuy offer a service for whenever you purchase a PC. This service provided protection for virus and any malware that could corrupt my PC. I recommend this service for whenever you purchase any PC at BestBuy.

I have had this product for at least two years plus and it keeps my desk top computer and my laptop free of threats.I like the fact I can protect both computers under one contract. The fact that I can renew it along with my Geek contract is so convenient and I usually get a discount if I renew at the same time.

I've been using WEBROOT for 2-years, and it's probably the BEST Security Subscription I've had in years! It misses (almost) nothing. Only once, did I catch something, which slipped thru the cracks. I've renewed it, and I'd definitely purchase this product again!

WebRoot is top notch security for my PC. It scans regularly, trouble shoots any issues found & resolves them when prompted. I keep renewing the contract year after year. I can monitor its current status & recent activity byckickin on the icon on my desktop. Does not get any easier than that to check on how secure my PC is at anytime I am on line.

Webroot Internet Security is an excellent product. It runs a check every day automatically or you can just click on it and run it if you want.

The program can run in the background on a schedule you set, or can be started in the program list. I have used this for years, renewing each year and now included with the GEEk Squad support. It finds "bad" programs and tells you what it finds. I rely on it to tell me dangerous sites when I shop on-line.

I feel this is a protection I must have for my computer and I purchase it every year from Best Buy and the Geek Squad! I depend on it to warn my husband and myself when we have a security breach and someone trying to hack into our PC! I’m not sure what I’d do without the protection it provides!

Have used Webroot for several years based upon the recommendation of Geek Squad. Have experienced no major issues to date. Much better, and cheaper, than Norton, McAfee and other security software that I have used in past years.

I use it on my pc, but not my phone, because it has bloatware that handles it, and if I delete the bloatware antivirus, my phone doesn't work right (that's Samsung's fault).

My WEBROOT Security is a must with computer scams rampant. have had this protection for many years. & well worth the price.

I've used Webroot for years and have found it to do a great job. As with most security software it runs in the background and when I want to run a special scan it's fast and thorough. I like that it identifies different types of situations in easy to understand terminology.

Webroot works very good on any computer. I have total tech support with Best Buy so they will put Webroot on your computer or any computer you have for free as long as you have total tech support. I've been running Webroot on three computers for just about 1 year now and it is a very solid program.

Webroot is a very good internet security product. Have used for several years ever since it was found out that Kaspersky Internet Security is owned by a Russian firm that works for the Russian government. Nope, not using Kaspersky for anything.

As far as I can tell this is a very good piece of software. It does its virus and malware functioning in the background. Occasionally it does a system check to maintain performance. This purchase was a renewal after a few years use with no security issues at all on the laptop.

I upgraded my tech support to Total Tech as I am very satisfied with the work the Best Buy Geek Squad has done for me. All the techies I worked with were sharp and competent. If you have a lot of questions on the use of your computer, particularly if you want your computer backed up regularly I recommend purchasing this plan. The cost is very reasonable.
