Renewal of my antivirus, never had issues with Norton, quite the contrary actually, simple and easy to use

I have been purchasing Trend for a few years. I have no issues with the protection it provides. This past renew, however, was different. Like mentioned above, I have had Trend for a few years. At my renewal time, I paid for the renewal and was told there was nothing else I had to do. I have recently discovered there was some sort of problem with the renewal and ever since I renewed my protection until about 2 months ago, I have not had protections. Apparently someone made an error and did not update my subscription. When I realized this error, I immediately contacted Best Buy about it. No one seemed to know what to do. It took me a month to get Best Buy to finally correct their error. I felt that I should have had some kind of compensation for the error but unfortunately Best Buy doesn't seem to think so. I paid for a service that I never had access to. I have not decided if I will renew with Trend in September because Best Buy doesn't value me as a customer enough to give me the year's worth of service I paid for.

I haven't had an issue with malware, or weird popups, and cookies preventing me from surfing the net the way I want since purchasing Trend Micro. I've used lots of anti virus' for my computers, and so far, this one is the best.

Everyone needs security on their electronics today's. The security suite gives you protection for most of your devices. Phones and pc. Loyal and happy consumer here.

I renew this every year and use it with my phone and computer. This product will even inform you that the website someone sent you in a text message is a scam or malicious site. Saved me many of times.

I have been using the Trend Micro Virus Protection for years. The features of this virus program is really great. I like the family control features and all the settings for this virus program. I really recommend this program which covers all 3 of my computers.

I haven't had a virus infect my computer since having Tend Micro. It does a good job of scanning my computer and isolates any problem. It corrects any problems with a click of a button.
