Good to have just in case your computer.. tab or phone has problems

I expected more out of Garmin. I still find it easier to you my phone with Google maps.

The Product it's self is alright but watch out for those automatic renewals!

Very frustrated with accessing this new product! I called on the day of renewal and asked the Geek squad member if I would need to do anything...he said no (Dec 21, 2020) I kept getting messages on my computer that I needed to renew my Trend Micro Antivirus...Needless to say I had to call again this week...spent an hour on the phone one evening and another hour on the phone the next day. The tech also had some issues and had to uninstall old program and reinstall new one...These techs, the one Monday evening and Tuesday were lovely and extremely helpful...But if the first guy would have been as helpful I would not have had to take the time and energy the second time around... Not really needed - have McAfee; this is not adding value.

The toothbrush is easy to accidentally change modes while brushing.

I'm not sure but if you don't renew the subscription I think it intentionally slows down your computer. Maybe a coincidence but once I removed it my computer started to work better.

Awful. This comes pre set up on some computers. They are impossible to contact and to cancel the subscription. Best Buy will direct you to Microtrend while Microtrend will direct you to Best Buy. Once they get a hold of your information they are impossible to shake off or cancel despite you doing all you can to cancel the subscription. They continually charged me for a computer I don't own anymore. Do yourself a favor and avoid this group at all costs!

I do not understand this "automatic" purchase and did not sign up for it. I do not understand its purpose and I do not understand the reason I even need it.

Does not work with all operating systems was free with total tech purchases not worth it after free year. I canceled.

Was to hard to figure out how to get and install. Needed total tech for some one to help with the purchase.

I am sorry but this program froze my computer every time I tried to boot it up. Web root is much better.

Buyer Beware! Just like most on-line retailers selling you a service. They automatically sign you up for auto-renewal and you have to read the small print and then physically search for a location in order to cancel it. They hope you will not think of it and they'll keep cashing in on hopes you will not even notice you're being charged! "HAPPY THANKSGIVING"!

Get al lot of notification from this software. Kind of annoying

Too much bloatware. I got it free, so I just uninstalled.

After several years of using Trend Micro, the program stopped connecting and even with Geek Squad help, would not connect. Geek Squad removed the program and now I have been told I would need to pay extra for virus protection
