We needed help with our computer we told Geek Squad we needed to leave at 1pm for an important doctor appointment. We called and sent messages many times, no response. Received a receipt for 1 year renewal that was not approved for $214.29 on 10-8-2020. Would like to be contacted.

This purchased worked and it was as easy to purchase it.

Trend micro is lame. The idiot msg to provide serial number is nearly useless. bb installed mine, I have no idea what my serial number is. And the idiot msg gives zero guidance on how to even find a serial number. Up your game, Trend Micro.

I have been trying to cancel this annual service fee for over a month. BBY claims that credit was issued, however, my credit card company claims that BBY states no credit is due. Whatever you do, never agree to the auto-renewal of this "service" when you sign up for it.

I keep trying to cancel this as I did t want it and they just continue to tell me on calls that they will cancel it and they don’t. 2 years of calls and it still is t canceled.

Answering phone machine does not include billing access code nor do I see an internet support tab for billing. I'm charged for 2 items on my charge card. I'd like to speak to someone about those charges.

Not sure that I signed up for this, but I've been charged every year to the tune of $31.75. I have no idea what it covers, or if I even own what it was originally purchased for??? A little help here Best Buy, please?

Worthless "product" did not protect anything better than the normal Apple Mac does already. The hawking to extend was annoying, NO! the first time should be NO! What is difficult to understand about NO?

We did not even install this security. The renewal was too high and we had another source that was cheaper and offered more protection .

I don't like this service at all. It did not protect my laptop and I lost it. It came with my service protect plan from Best Buy. I wish they were still doing the Web Root.

Due to your Horrible phone support I am dealing directly with TrendMicro for my renewals. Please do not charge me ever again for renewals!

This product is way too complicated,, and I really didnt need the product, as it turns out,, I can't get any service to help me with it either.. !

Don't use this security system. I am not online enough to make it worth my money. I use what comes with Windows.

Tried to install four times - it never installed. Multiple attempts to contact support were a waste of time. Threw it out - figuratively....

I was not expecting this to be renewed automatically and when calling to understand what the charge was no one could give me a clear answer

beware of auto renewals. almost impossible to overturn. no telephone numbers. website responds with Whoops, and cannot get thru to anyone

Is this supposed to stop spam? I got several emails that I have labeled spam and sent off . Don't know who to report it to.
