love this software, it really works well. i was unsure, since i was using another program, also recommended by Best Buy, but this one seems better.

We have had Trend for several years and have never had a significant breach. Before Trend we had Norton, it made the computers quite slow.

Great security check every time I sit down to use my laptop. Offered by Best Buy and unknown to me but it checks for viruses and malware. Not a bad price either

This is the third one that I buy, The other two were larger in size and held more CD and DVD. I have one for music and one for movies. Great way to save the CD and DVD and also to keep them from damage.

Trend security was good. I think my devices are slower since I cancelled. I'm not very tech savvy so not sure if there is a connection there. As for the rest of what you pay for - I made an appt to have my laptop troubleshot and noticed no difference in performance speed. I made an appt to have my new LG Phone activated. The associate transferred my data but was unable to activate my phone. He said they didn't work with my service (Boost) anymore. So basically I felt like I all I got for the money was a service that I can get from McAfee for a fraction of the cost i.e. internet security.

Whatever internet security came with my laptop quit working. Replaced it with Trend Micro, which seems to work well. often tells me I "don't want to proceed to that website".

Very good security and work seamlessly in the background. Not a lot of ad popups for their product. I feel that my computer is safe.

The best computer security I've found so far. It doesn't have glitches or irritating blocks where not needed.

Had an issue that was blocked that froze my computer. Geek squad/ total protection helped me de- bug snd reinstall. Good product

I've had Trend Micro for years and it has always worked the way it is supposed to. Once or twice it has caught something trying to sneak into my computer & it squashed it. Very happy.
