Harder than it should be

Kind of unacceptable.

But, I pay for the highest level of membership and this software used to be included as part of the membership. Why do I now have to pay extra for it? I’m seeing less and less value in the membership but price continues to climb.

I made a 10:20 appointment on 7/4/25,the fatal mistake I made was it was a different store north of Taylor not knowing that I showed up at Taylor store. I was treated like crap not by Noah the other gentleman working him. Check my purchases in the past year and if this is a example of how you treat your customers I will take my business elsewhere.
