Already had the standard blu-ray, but the 4k is worth the upgrade! Amazing picture and sound! One of the best sci-fi movies in recent years. (Probably Christopher Nolan's best films, after Dark Knight.)

I saw this in theaters back in the day and didn't really know what to expect as I went on a whim. Was blown away. While not a perfect movie, it hit all the sweet spots for me. Watching this on a 4k OLED in HDR it's just beautiful!

It must be difficult to make a hard scince fiction movie that's also super-entertaining and epic. Ther is hope for humanity after all!

The 4 stars are for the 4K quality otherwise the movie was a 3 star for me. I had seen Interstellar some time ago. I bought the movie to add to the 4K-HDR collection. For me this is a more recent 2001 A Space Odyssey kind of movie. The 4K HDR really makes the color pop and the sound was excellent. Some very good CGI in this too! If you like Matthew McConaughey movies you will enjoy this one.

This movie is undoubtedly an impressive work of science fiction. The acting is, of course, on point with academy award winners and nominees in fine form. McConaughey once again shows us how he can make the audience feel complex emotions with him. Overall, the story is fascinating. However, Nolan has outdone himself in making a plot so gloriously convoluted that many viewers are sure to throw in the towel. Those who are not afraid of a little relativity and talk of five dimensions, those who relish in the opportunity to grapple with the film's intellectual content, will be very pleased with what this effort has to offer and are sure to revisit the film time and again in hope of discovering something previously overlooked. While geared to scientific mind, Nolan offers sincere heartfelt material, wades in the ebb and flow of what the human mind can endure, and still manages to crack wise in the most delightful ways. All and all, this is an audacious and powerful cinematic experience that should not be foregone in fear of its complicated ambitions.

I love this movie and Christopher Nolan is a wonderful director. This is a solid 4K transfer for those who are considering a purchase!

Amazing movie. Buy it right now. It would be so much better with a true Atmos or DTS X audio track but the DTS master was still super dynamic and powerful. There are a few scenes that had my whole room shaking!

Christopher Nolan's 'Interstellar' remains my favorite film of his. Having seen the 70MM presentation theatrically of his space epic, I was eager to see how the material transferred to 4K UHD and the results are very impressive!

One of the most intelligent films I've ever seen. An epic ensemble of stunning visuals and a heart throbbing score by Hans Zimmer. What more can I say about this Christopher Nolan art piece.

This movie looks great in 4K. Like all Christopher Nolan movies, you won't be let down! This had a great story, characters and looks wonderful on a 4K tv. This was my first movie to watch on my new 4K tv and it was a good one to start off. I highly recommend this film especially if you are looking for one that not only is an awesome film but that highlights everything your 4K tv has to offer.

While I enjoy science fiction, I think it works best when it is grounded in real science. Warp drive and transporters are fine but so remote from where we are today that you have to suspend disbelief and accept the premise on its own terms. This film, however, is not set 300 years in the future but rather in a non-descript not-too-distant future where humanity is facing a crisis. The story tells of mankind's effort to avoid extinction. Don't be put off by the quantum physics this entails; black holes; artificial wormholes, relativity, time dilation, event horizons, etc as these are all made clear (as clear as such concepts can be to the layman) in the course of the film. But the real story is a very human one of survival and the power of love. The acting is top notch and the special effects are state of the art as we have come to expect. Along with the film 'Gravity', you can believe that you are in space. Since I'm too old to travel to the International Space Station, this is the closest I'll ever get. But what a trip.

Worth a revisit. Such a visual spectacle. In 4k its truly amazing. The IMAX shots in particular are just too beautiful to describe.

Good movie. Very nice in 4K. I had learned that some of the background music in from a very good pipe organ. That adds an amazing touch.

I love everything about this movie. Great acting, graphics, and storyline.
