this movie from anne rice's book was dead on. brad pitt, tom cruise(which i think is his best performance) and kirsten dunst was absolutely mesmerizing as the main characters. it was haunting, engrossing. movie making at it's best i loved it. enough said.

This was an amazing movie, well writen! The performance of Mr. Pitt & crouse in this movie was one of a kind acting, never has I see such a moive with this much "I'd like to have been there!" in it! I recommend buying this movie because it's one of the best vampire movies ou there today!

This is a great movie and a perfect addition to my collection. One I do not mind watching again and again! And of course, bluray is a must!

This is a great vampire classic! Awesome story based on the famous novel by Anne Rice. I recommend any movie lover to pick this one up.

Had this on dvd and decided to upgrade it to my new blu-ray player since I like the dvd so much but the blu-ray version for me just looked like it was the dvd version recorded onto a blu-ray disc. If you like this movie and are expecting to see a huge improvement from the dvd version to the blu-ray you might just want to stick with your dvd, no improvement at all as far as I can see.
