Good movie for the family especially if your into musicals.

My family watched this movie togethr, and both my teenagers thought it was great. My younger grandson also liked it, but not as much as the girls.

Was not aware the dialogue is almost entirely sung when I popped this in the player. Not that the actors did a bad job, it was just a bit much by the end of it. Appreciated the Grimm readings of certain plot elements, though, and the production design was amazing.

My daughter loves this movie so much that I bought her a 2nd copy to have on hand. It's a funny movie, great for the whole family!

I greatly enjoyed this screen adaptation of the broadway musical. Good casting and beautiful scenic design and costuming. Voices were good as well

The storyline was applaudable, because it showed that a "happy ending" does not always end with the words: And they all lived happily ever after.

As the title of the review states, this is a good film but can be a little slow at times. Honestly, if the director had stopped the story about 75% of the way through, it would have been a much better film. The acting is superb, but I think that the editing was poorly done.

The movie was very interesting and I liked the new spin on the 5 Fairy tales used in the movie. I also liked the Operatic approach to the movie.

i think the weaving of plots is amazing. I have not seen the stage play but here that it was better hopefully in the near future. All star cast!
