Not easy for a beginner

We had to watch u-tube videos and tutorials in order to understand how to use it. Not as easy as they make it sound like...unless you're an accountant! LOL However, the results will be good for tax purposes.

We haven't been sophisticated users, so it seems to work the same as the previous version.

Unexpected complexity

Only recently was able to obtain a user manual. This is not included by Quicken. Will start using in the next few weeks.

Awful.

I personally think this is the worst version of QuickBooks ever. I don't like the fact that I have to have a password every time I log on. There should be a choice as with other older versions. Also I can't personalize forms to look like I want them to on screen. Print out version is great but I don't need to print them. I need to work with them on the screen.
