Quick books needs to stop changing features on each version. I find QB17 difficult to worknwith

It Works great. Glad I renewed. I've told my co workers and friends about it.

This QuickBooks doesn't work as well as the older Quickbooks, especially when moving files from an older QuickBooks. I didn't think I'd ever get mine to upload the files. It has some glitches that needs worked out. The layout is the same as 2014 I really can't tell what has changed..

Had to buy and install to upgrade from existing 2014 version which worked fine for us. I guess just another necessary business expense. We don't use or care about all of the new functions. Guess we will have to buy again in a few years when this version is "old".

I fail to understand why quick books feels a need to come out with a new version every year. As usual this program is a fantastic financial tool. This new version isn't that user friendly. Stick to your older version unless you have no choice

This is probably the least functional, least user friendly program, I have ever used. For the price I paid for it, I honestly expected that it would provide so much more. Most of what this offered, I already to for free on Google Apps!

It is so difficult for me to email from QuickBooks I have used QuickBooks since it first came out and every time I upgrade it seems to get harder and harder for me to use it.

We have used QB 2008 since.....,,well since 2008. Finally decided it was time to upgrade although so far it hasn't been much of an upgrade at all, more like a downgrade.

It is difficult to figure out, I have worked on a different program for 10 plus yrs

to expensive , if they have your credit card on file they will keep billing you for unwanted updates or renewal had to change card number to make it stop, bloodsuckers even after on the phone with them for far to long

After installing program and downloading backup from previous years quickbook failed to open and when it finally did, the previous files we not there. Geeks squad has had my computer for 2 weeks working on issue.

I love QuickBooks but there seems to be a lot of glitches with the new program. Hopefully they will get worked out and send out an update.

The activation code is very hard to reveal. Had to return the original one, because part of the code was rubbed off.

Not easy to set up. Spent 4 hours online q With quick books reps and still have not gotten set up. Will be returned.

Can't open it, can't use it and can't find a number to call and get help!!!

I had bought this software in the hopes that it would install on my Surface Pro 4 tablet. I have an external USB DVD player and after connecting that, I had no issues beginning the install. I did run into one weird error when installing - It had to do with accepting the serial number and product key for activation. I had to enter it in 3 or 4 times before it would accept it. My advice is to just keep re-entering the numbers until it takes if you run into this problem. Other than that, the registration was a bit tedious but once that is done, QuickBooks works as you would expect it to. I would recommend this software.
