Problems with this!

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked good for about a year and then after an auto installation, it totally messed up on me. Was on the line with QB for 2 hours and was told they would e-mail me with resolution. The resolution was that they couldn't collect all the data to reinstate. Thank heavens I had QB installed on my laptop and it didn't have that update. I can only use it now on my laptop-------and I NEVER install updates again! But I still can't use QB to its full capacity--waste of money and TIME for me! Wish I had stayed with my older version!!

Not much difference from 2016

Overkill

Not a smooth update
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This update of quickbooks required us to reconnect all of our bank accounts and even then did not properly download our transactions. What used to take 15 minutes for bookkeeping is taking an hour or more now.
