Very Difficult to navigate

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I UPDATED MY WINDOWS 8 TO 10. WINDOWS SAID NO PROBLEM. (I USED QB FOR YEARS - NO PROBLEMS.) QB SAID THAT QB 2013 WOULD NOT WORK ON WINDOWS 10 & I HAD TO BUY QB2016. I DID & MY COMPUTER CRASHED. I GOT A NEW LAPTOP AND 2016 STILL WOULD NOT LOAD. AFTER 3 DAYS AND 8 + HOURS QB SAID THAT THEY WERE HAVING TROUBLE & QB JUST WOULD NOT WORK ON SOME LAPTOPS (MINE IS A HP).
