I have used this program before and is great for the average person.

Have been using Quicken for years and am very happy with the product.

Really no obvious difference from 2014 version. Those features that are different, don't really care about.

Have been using this program for years and this is just an upgrade.

My Quicken 2014 worked great, but my bank required me to upgrade.

My biggest complaint is having to buy new versions every two years. Otherwise it is a good program.

I bought the latest version since I've owned the software for many years and I am used to it.

I have been using Quicken for 15 years. I have had more problems with 2016 Quicken Deluxe in the 6 weeks I have had the program than in all the prior years. Quicken support no help - only want to sell me a $200 per year support package. Wish I'd stayed with 2012

When I received Quicken deluxe 2016, it would not load. I had to call tech support. But they have hours worse than banker hours! I ended up after 2 days of trying, connecting with their chat support and I had to download an update that the only way to know about is to contact them! It took over 2 hours to get the download installed. Once installed the program downloads from my bank 2 of every transaction! No way to delete them... Tech support has over 30 minute wait times for chat or phone, so I still am having issues with the program!

Not an intuitively geared program. I expected much more.

This is not a very useful product. I watched a lot of reviews on it and it seemed like it was really going to help me get in better line. But the program needs like a high level tutorial or something. outside of adding accounts into it its not very user friendly IMO

loaded product and all it did was download bank info. I could get a free ap to do that. Now have to get back for chat support which was a huge hassle just to get this product to run on my computer. I would like my money back

I have used Quicken for years with nearly flawless upgrades every couple of years. Then comes 2016 and it is nothing short of atrocious. First and most disturbing is that every account I have reconciled for two months has discrepancies that are unexplainable. I have spent hours trying to figure out why my accounts no longer reconcile to my statements. The conclusion is that Quicken 2016 has major reconciliation issues and my accounts are fine. Secondly, Quicken no longer syncs with the mobile apps without errors. The only way to get a clean sync is to reset my Quicken Cloud data which is a major hassle. 2014 worked fine with none of these issues. I wish I had not upgraded and advise everyone to skip 2016 unless Intuit issues major fixes to this version. Without the ability to get accurate reconciliations, I'm seriously questioning whether or not I even need this software anymore.

Have been a user since the last century. Occasionally, Quicken creates a "software crisis" 2016 is one of those years. Just received a mailer, listing ALL the features that WON'T be available to users of 2013. I wouldn't mind this so much, except that virtually ALL of Quicken's new features, are of very little use at all, and often the improved version has new and different bugs to deal with. Come on Intuit, make a good product, don't think of ways to force participation.
