The telephone wait time to apeak to a customer service representative can be serveral hours. If you really need assistance with understanding this product, that can be frustrating. The customer service representatives seemed apathetic about the waiting period.

This program is wonderful for keeping track of checking, savings and credit card accounts. I love all the different reports you can run. It is so helpful to see where you are spending your money.

Great for my reports. Keeps me posted on my goals.

I use quicken to maintain my balances of my different accounts. It makes balancing a breeze. You can also use it for online banking if you wish but I prefer a more old-fashioned approach.

Difficult for a beginner to implement. Should have better instructions.

I have been using quicken since it came out, upgrade every couple years to the new version. Each time I have been happy with the additional features, this upgrade may of been the easiest to complete from start to finish. The reports are great, navigating is very nice with my past experience

I have used Quicken in the past but now that I have my house this is a must have. It is easy to use and I like how simple it is to download my transactions from my accounts.

I've used Quicken for almost two decades to track my accounts. I enter data for all activity in my checking account. This gives me quick summaries of all my spending, and is great for gathering information at tax time.

I've been using this program for years and have not found one I like better. I can track all of my finances and it helps me budget. Highly recommend this product!

I have used Quicken for years and find it very helpful in viewing my financial situation at a glance as well as keeping up with my day to day transactions.

Don't have to worry about Windows 10 compatibility

We have used Quicken probably 15 years this is just our latest update to this software. Does everything we need it to do and its easy to use.

I used to use Quick Books, but then when they wanted to charge me for the service, I switched over to Quicken and haven't looked back. Great Product, but there is a learning curve.

Quicken 2016 has no problems importing old data (coming from 2012 and on for me). It works well, but some changes in the dropdown menu just seem unnecessary. A program doesn't have to change its layout every year to be new.

I was forced to upgrade to Quicken 2016 when I replaced my pc with a touch screen laptop. After learning the new steps for using the program, I'm glad I did. What a great way to keep track of my spending and bank statements.

I had to chat with support several times to achieve each bank and credit card links. Still can not link everything I want to but still working on it. Love all the new features. My old Quicken was a 2010.

This Quicken product is great...easy to use and understand. I had the Geek Squad install this software for me.

I needed a cable for a TV (used as a monitor) and a new copy of Quicken 2016. Both performing as intended.

Have been using Quicken for many years. Helps me organize my finances. Easy to use. Secure.
