It does what it says, but I still wish it had some features or wish I could figure out where they are.

I have been using Quicken nearly since the first release. I have over 16 years of data and the program has no problem handling it. It was about sixteen years ago that Quicken came out with the program that I no longer had to archive data in order to keep the program running smoothly.

The conversion was a disaster. I lost 3 years of data. Support, after many hours, tried to help but first required me to upload all my data. So my secure data is now in cyberspace. And I still have not recovered the lost data. I decided to never use Quicken again.

I am happy with this product to use as a check register but that is all. I had the previous version and it worked well with syncing my bank account information. After purchasing this item as an upgrade for the previous version, none of the accounts will sync even after multiple updates and calls to customer service.

The only issue with this program is the banks don't always want to sync.

This software provided the functions I needed for personal bookkeeping.

Loaded easily and seems to be working fine. I'm very happy with it.

I have used this product for years and upgrade every 3-4 years.

Don't see much difference between 14 and 16. Has a few bugs.

I wanted this to help build a budget and track my spending. Specifically I wanted it to automatically import my banking transactions. Problems: It will not connect to one of my banks. It will only import a week of data and the automatic updates don't work to get data so if you miss a week you are out of luck You can't import a CSV file to replace the data missing. It will connect to my car loan and mortgage but not show the payments. The interface is not pretty I should have just saved my money and used Excel at least then I could use the CSV files, it would be easier then typing every thing Quicken misses.

I am not a wealthy man. I was frequently getting NSFs because I was not clear on what was coming up in my bills and other expenses. Quicken makes it possible to see what is coming up before my next paycheck.

Updates my bank account correctly about 85% of the time. 15% of time cannot, says not to call bank because it's a Quicken err. Incorrectly loads payees 20% such as united dairy registers as united airlines. I have had to reset my passwords at bank a dozen times because Even though I'm using the correct password Quicken is sending wrong information and my bank account get locked! Quicken used to be reliable but every year they want you to update for a charge, and bugs outweigh progress

This program has all the features that I needed. I am replacing an older version Quicken that has served me well.

I've used Quicken for many years and appreciate the continuing improvements that are made with each new version.

This product is great for Financial planning and controlling expenses. I love the Bill reminder feature. Must Have!

Upgraded from Quicken 10 to Quicken 16 and it has more support options! Just wish Quicken for Mac was as good.

It did exactly what I wanted, allow me to do and manage different financial services.

I upgraded from quicken 2005 to 2015. Purchased for the feature of access from apps.

Easy to use, lets me keep track of spending, At tax time easy to locate deductions.
