Came with a $20 value Shutterfly offer but have NOT yet received my email with details and it's impossible to get through to Best Buy customer service without a minimum 30min wait..sometimes wait time has been up to 2 hrs 30 minutes....
I would recommend this to a friend

using this product for a long time. product has no change much and that's why I stay with it. if this product changes to the point it is hard to use then I will change.

refund refused. Since i had used turbotax to prepare 2015 return, this disc did not work. Too bad you did not make it clear this was last years disc

Have been a TT user for years, very easy to use! Great step by step entry, and filing. Never a problem.

Installation was easy and it found my return from last year and created a new one for 2016. Works great, only complaint is that you need to buy the Premier version for it to walk through basic stock transactions.

I had to call TurboTax support to download the state product. She said the state product was not included with the CD and pushed a free state download to me via TurboTax support.
