I've used Turbo Tax for years and get the deluxe version so my state download is included. Love that I can auto load my accounts and it will pull in my prior year return information so if I forget about something I get a reminer!

Turbo Tax is the fastest and easiest way to do your own taxes. The kit includes the software on CD and you can contact customer service if you do not have a CD player with your computer. They will help you download from the internet.

I have used turbo tax for the past few years. I always seem to get more back when I use this program compared to professionals who charge more. I usually do my whole family with this software. Highly recommended and easy to use.

Did exactly what is was supposed to do...allowed me to do my taxes and submit them electronically. Fairly easy to use and has to noise help if needed. Been using TurboTax every year!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. It make taxes easy. Pulls in last year's info, allows you to download W-2s, and bank and brokerage account info. You simply answer the questions and it puts your taxes together.

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years. The process is very easy because it transfers from one year to the next, and the program guides you through the entire filing from start to finish. I was disappointed this year. In the past I've always had one free state electronic filing, this year it did not come with that. There was a free state download, but not a free file.

I was very pleased with the turbo tax computer program I purchased to complete my 2018 taxes. It was easy to understand and use. I will definitely be purchasing the 2019 edition to complete my taxes again next year.

I've been using it for years. Saves me a TON of dough on prep fees. I usually get a nice refund, too. This year might be different because of the tax nonsense going on in D.C., but TurboTax has always done me right!

The software was easy to use and very straightforward. It leads You through the forms with easy to use questions. Filling the returns for both Federal and state was very easy and the return were processed quickly.

I purchased turbo tax deluxe and was able to do my own taxes for the first time. I was even able to do my son and one of my friends I didn't have a problem with the service it was great for me and my situation.

So, we get to pay to file taxes, based on data already collected. Saved $20 over direct purchase from from Intuit. Seems to work well each year - I've used it or its predecessor since 1993 - and never had issues even though I did have some complex tax situations then. Unless you have some truly bizarre tax situation, DIY is not a bad way to go.

and now I'm due for the 2020 version . Always great software. I'm using it for 10+ year now .. wondering if 2020 version is Win 7 compatible and still come with a DVD.
