Have used Turbo Tax for several years and have been very satisfied, It is very detailed and thorough with its guidance and questions.

I have used Turbo Tax to do my taxes for many years but something seemed off this year. Perhaps it was the magnitude of the tax law changes but it just didn't seem as useful / insightful as in the past. As always, I resent having to pay to efile.

With the tax changes this year, I needed TurboTax in order to help navigate to all the changes that they put into place this year.

No issues. Refund was smaller due to tax laws. Still have to pay to file your State. It doesn't mention that on the packaging. However, they have always done that. My refund came less than a week later. I was impressed with the IRS.

My taxes are just barely complicated enough to make most of the free services either unavailable to me or difficult to use. It’s a little disappointing that there are still additional filing charges beyond the upfront cost.

Worked great and was very easy to fill out. Turned in my taxes and used the application to send out the taxes.

When you get it you have to update it like anything now days. It was slow. But had my taxes filed in 30 minutes.

First time ever that I've owed money instead of getting a nice chunk back, but it's not the fault of Turbo Tax.
