it was hard to work with this software since it had lots of glitches in the beginning. It did not run and when i pressed help. It said to pay? I was shocked to see such charges. I would recommend doing it on website than installing on computer. It was easy last year. I returned it and did it on website.

I cannot install on MacBook Pro. There are not Mac installation file. Install on Windows 10, works good.

I get to do my taxes.....again. Every year this happens and every year I use TurboTax. So far so good.

Turbo tax deluxe is a good tax solution. Wish I new the tax laws changed so much.

It does what it’s supposed to do, but I can be pretty clunky. A necessary evil.

I really had to work at it to get TurboTax 2018 to work this tax season. Spent a substantial amount of time searching for solutions to get this software to work. Not sure if this was a Windows problem, a TurboTax problem or a combination. Not sure what I will do for the next tax season.

Great for Federal Return. State was not quite up to date.

Thought I was saving money by purchasing the disc on sale, but it did not include my state file so while it worked it wasted a disc and packing material.

I would have returned it but I could not find my sales slip. Can I return it anyway? I ended up going on line with Turbo Tax and that went fine.

It says free state tax but makes you pay $19.95 to electronically file state tax. Comes out to the same price as if you go to Turbo Tax online

I purchase the product disc so I get 5 federal files and 1 state efile which meets my family needs. They corrupted the print function so I could not print the states for the additional 4 state returns. When I called their help desk they were rude, unfriendly and practically accused me of trying to do something wrong. They told me she was instructed to terminate my call. This is no way to treat a customer. Next year I’m switching service.

Purchased software identified as 2018, but software was for 2017 and tried uploading my 2016 return info. Had to return software for replacement, delete original off my desktop machine and reinstall. Errors found throughout and resorting to an accountant to refile a corrected return, Turbo Tax has been going downhill the past few years, but 2018 was worst year yet.

Overall it works just fine and does what it is supposed to. However, the price is kind of high.

When finished and trying to “transmit” the return, a flag came up saying I needed to include an attachment. This was not necessary though. After 6 hours on the phone with TurboTax the issue was finally resolved. This software had bugs and it cost huge amounts of time trying to resolve. Most dissatisfied.

had a problem with turbo and they put me on hold for over 60 min and I finally hung up.money back guarantee a joke because they will not answer that line.been using them for 8 years never again.went to h&r and had no problem and saved money.

You’re better off using the browser version of TurboTax. A very small portion of the population needs this. Once opened neither Best Buy or TurboTax will take back the product. Save yourself the headache and don’t purchase it.
