I have come back to Turbo tax Deluxe each year because of familiarity and a easy product to do personal taxes. Which I hate. But don’t want pay someone to do them. Helpful for any questions or understanding tax rationale too. Plus they offer or usually send a $15 off coupon if purchased before year end. Best Buy accepts it too.

This is my third year using TurboTax. Guides you through income and all aspects of preparing your taxes. I used to do my taxes manually which took much longer and probably wasn't as efficient. Easy online Federal filing and available State filing. Well worth the cost.

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe every year since 2010. It has served me and my family well. Once I load all my information it will check and confirm for accuracy. I have never been audited. In recent years I have filed my refund electronically. In a couple of weeks, the refund was in my account. I highly recommend Turbo Tax Deluxe.

The software is intuitive as it market and will ask you questions to ensure its giving you the information you need to make an inform decision. Also, it ask further detail questions of your activities to ensure that you have taken into consideration all aspect of tax prospective and any credit or deductions it can recommend.

Easy to use, I have used it for the past years. I always get my taxes correctly. I highly recommend it. Simple, with no complications.

Have been a long time user of Turbo Tax. Have always been happy with it...makes doing my taxes very easy. Updates are timely, and it has an easy to use format. Just answer the questions. Easy to make corrections or changes. Also makes E-Filing easy, and is included in the price.

TurboTax is the way to go for ease of use. I get it every year and the previous years data is automatically uploaded to the current years return. The software asks you questions and you answer them. The software does the rest. There is a cost to file the State version.

I have a friend who did not want to pay 150.00 to have their taxes done, so I purchased turbo tax. I talked to employees in the store and they had used it in the past and said it was easy. I am not really a computer person but I was able to go thru the program step by step and get the taxes done. It was very easy.

Guides you though filling out your tax returns by asking questions. Much easier than reading through all the complex instructions to figure out what you do and do not need to fill in. Allows electronic filling for Federal and State for a fee making it convenient. Can also print out returns for hard copy backup.

Turbo Tax is efficient and so easy to use. I love the way the software guides me through each section with the prompts that makes sure I cover all of the bases thoroughly. I will keep using Turbo Tax each year. Likewise Best Buy is customer driven as their on line ordering and delivery exceed every expectation.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. Not only does Turbo Tax walk you through the process it also compares you last year's filing with your current year, if you used Turbo Tax the previous year. This helps you compare returns to review if you missed something or if something looks out of wack.

Voila, your taxes are done! Check for errors! All clear, e-file the federal and pay $24.99 to e-file the state! Piece of cake!

A standard for many years, this year's version is no exception. Buyer be aware and read the fine print. To e-file the State returns, expect to pay an additional $20. Of course you can print the return and file via mail to save the additional cost- just need to wait longer for your refund

Gets the job done but I wish it would give me a better idea of where I stand while itemizing deductions on my federal return. Am I only $1000 away from exceeding the standard deduction amount or am I $6000 away? If I’m nowhere close to getting over the standard deduction amount, I don’t want to keep wasting my time entering a bunch of charitable donation information that won’t be used anyway if I don’t have enough to make a difference on my return. Also, there were a number of items that weren’t very well explained in terms of eligibility for certain credits and what kinds of things I could enter in various sections. I ended up having to go search the IRS website for their instructions on the particular form or worksheet I was working on for information that I expected TurboTax to explain. If I have to look it up on my own, then TurboTax isn’t adding much value here. I could be doing all of this for free directly through the IRS website’s e-file. The big benefit I’m seeing with this software is the review the software does to try and find mistakes or missing information on the return. It does help you avoid those kind of mistakes. Also, is it just me or does it seem like it’s getting more expensive every year to use tax software like this or TaxAct? Next year I may skip this software and do my taxes manually directly on the IRS website with their fillable forms.

It works. Helped with the changes for 2019. tHE ONLY THING that would be better is if state (e-file) was included

I have used Turbo tax for the past few years. Once again, found it to be a great program. It carried over basic information from last year's file, saving time, and reducing the chance for errors. Like being able to link it to financial accounts which makes schedule D a piece of cake.

Turbo Tax is thankfully all I need yearly to get the job done. This year I was impressively tardy in purchase and still knocked it out of the park in less than a day. The walk through process is thorough and if you do not have complicated taxes then this may be for you. Cheers!

I always use Turbotax to file by tax return. It is very accurate and if you are unsure on an issued you can call a tax expert for help for free. This feature is included as part of the price. I have used it and they are really good.
