I usually pay someone to do my taxes. This year I decided to use turbotax. It takes you through all the steps and explains everything very well.

I used Turbo Tax for many years until somehow my identity was stolen and I went to a tax preparation service to protect against audits. Got tired of paying outrageous fees and went back and wish I never left! I cant stress enough how fast and easy it is to use this product!

I"ve used the intuit turbo tax software now for over ten years. Far better than the Kiplinger I had used previously. I wish the price was a bit lower and that they would provide some better responsiveness to small questions than their FAQ's without having to pay for it.

This is a great software product. It is easy to install and operate. There are no confusing directions to make you waste time reading and trying to figure everything out. It works nice once you open the package and follow the online prompts to install on your laptop!

So Easy! Buy it! Load it! Answer the questions! Send it! Taxes can be so easy....and at a great price!!

I have been doing my taxes with TurboTax for many years. Although I have purchased the downloadable version, I prefer the CD-ROM version. It was cheaper with another online provider, but BestBuy matched the price. If you're a BestBuy loyalty member, it's the way to go.

I've been a Turbo Tax user for many years. I am a former accountant (my first career). It is like having a tax adviser sitting right next to you as you are doing the arduous annual income tax project. Some pretty sharp minds behind this easy to use product!

Intuit Turbotax Deluxe is always my go-to tax software product. I have using it for years to complete my personal and mother's income taxes. I like that it carries forward last year's personal information and tax summaries for ease of use and tax comparison's.

I was so happy to see that BestBuy carried Turbo Tax in the physical store. Last year I was so disappointed the store didn't carry it. This is by far the best software to do your taxes with. I have tried other's but never was satisfied Turbo Tax Deluxe ROCKS!!

We've been using turbotax for doing our taxes for many years. We tried H&R Block once (4 years ago) and it was not as smooth as the turbotax method of interrogation for completing our returns. We will continue using turbotax in the future.

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years to do my taxes. The software is fairly easy to use. You have a choice of having the software walk you through or you, if experienced with tax preparation, you can choose what to work on and get through even faster. At the end there are return checks that assess the audit risk for your return. For additional fees, you can hire them as tax attornies should you get audited.

I’ve done my taxes for years or have had accountants do it for me for a hefty charge, but never again. This product is great and I will use it from now on. Also, I helped my daughter with her multiple state returns and Turbo was thorough and easy.

I have used this product for the last several years. Easy to use and works perfect. It is easy to transfer information from previous years once you get started with Turbo Tax. It is very user friendly and even downloading from Quickbooks is easy

TurboTax Deluxe is once again a great product. My only complaint with the product (hence the four stars) is that they lack the ability to save year over year records if they have been e-filed previously. I lost use of a hard drive that had the previous year's return on it, and was unable to repopulate a number of accounts without manually entering them. That's my only complaint. Everything else was top-notch.

What can I say its Turbo Tax. Its easy to use and imports all your data from last year.

I have used Turbo Tax software for over 10 for family and myself with o issues. Great guidance when you are able to ask questions and the guide you to understand. My refunds also increased when using this software versus the Small tax loco

Following the prompts, I loaded in all our information. After reviewing to be thorough, I submitted the files electronically. We had our completed federal and state reviews within one week. Very satisfied with this complete software package.

Turbo tax is definitely user friendly and covers every scenario when it comes to taxes. I was paying more and more every year for an accountant to do my taxes and I gave this a try, and now I use it every year.

Makes doing my taxes enjoyable. Able to do my parents taxes for them each year as well. Audit finder is a real comfort to check that I didn't make mistakes. Deduction finder alerts me to things I might not think of when I itemize deductions.

Turbo tax made doing my taxes easy and quick. My returns were accepted first time.
