I have been using TurboTax since its inception and I have found it to be a great software for preparing my taxes. My only frustration is the extra charges to file the state tax return

Been using Turbotax for past 5 plus years. I have home office, so I need the Deluxe version for all my business deductions, which the free version does not support. I also use Turbotax to do my parents, siblings, and other family members. It is pretty fast and easy and does all the calculations I need.

I have used Turbotax for years, It's easy to use and have always had good results with it. Why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it costs extra to file the state return. I know this is a state thing but since Turbotax charges you more for the state it should indicate the extra charge for the state.

As in years past, I chose to use TurboTax to process our 2020 taxes. I really like this program; it’s easy to install and use. Both our federal and state taxes have been submitted.

I have used Turbo tax for years and it is the easiest and best way to do your own taxes. I recommend this to anyone who wants to do their own taxes from home. it is so easy to use.

This year it was hard to find this disc at the store but luckly Best Buy had it in stock. The only issue I had with the disk is that your computer needs to be updated. My Windows was on 7 and needed to be on 10 which meant it took me two days to upgrade and then I was able to download the program.

Been using Turbo tax for years and I wouldn't use anything else. It walks you thru all the required tax steps and I'd never be able to read all the tax laws to do it myself.

TurboTax makes doing one’s taxes less burdensome and provides concise information as you work your way through the forms. Definitely recommend it; have used it for many years!

The primary reason I purchase TurboTax is because it permits me to import information from my previous year's return. It imports capital gains or losses carry overs, etc. I was very disappointed that the 2020 version will no longer run on my iMac running system OS 10.13.6. I have to use my wife's PC running Windows 10. I was upset that the program can not account for special tax law exceptions due to Covid 19, specifically the fact that those of us who are older than 75 and normally have a required minimum distribution from an IRA, were not required to do so in 2020. I took a partial distribution because I thought I could do so without any tax due to unusual low taxable income in 2020. But TurboTax wasn't programmed to handle that situation. I had to call a tax expert at Intuit to figure out a work-around.

Makes doing your taxes fun...until you get to end when find out that you still owe more taxes! LOL. Very convenient, you can do multiple people's taxes on one purchase.

Very easy to use and accurate tax filing software. It allows you to either do a step by step filing or you can jump to the pertinent sections and easily file your taxes.

Used to do taxes by hand. Switched to Turbo Tax when returns were "simplified" and made it complicated to understand. Nice year over year to import old data and save time.

Easy Peasy. I've used Intuit Turbo Tax for many years for myself and my children. I will continue to use their product as the step by step process is very easy to follow.
