Turbo Tax 2020 made the process of completing my 2020 tax returns easier than I could ever remember. I completed the federal and state returns in less than a day. I believe that the import last year's tax information was better than I have ever seen that feature in the past. The import feature also worked flawlessly. After a day to think about the tax returns and rechecking the input data and a final review I submitted the tax return and the state and federal taxes were both accepted the same day.

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years. I find it easy to use and that is saying a lot for a 70 plus year old person.

Would not install. After hours trying to find help from TTax, finally found help. Over an hour on the phone with tech support and he had to download a new version online. Great support, but a long time coming. When trying to e-file state taxes, system would not complete the transaction. This time, over an hour getting to tech support. She downloaded a new state tax version, but had to talk her into staying on line to see if it worked. It did not. Downloaded a whole new TTax Delux online. Locked up at same point, but she hung up on me. Printed out taxes and filed by mail. Been using TTax since it was out on 5 inch floppy disks. Worst experience ever.

Filing your tax return is a breeze using Turbo Tax. I use this product to be sure I receive the full refund I'm entitled to.
