First time it wouldn’t load without the assistance of turbo tax. They had me change the display settings on my laptop to activate it. They were very helpful, but I doubt the average user would have the knowledge to identify this problem.

He installed 2020 turbo tax on the computer I brought into the store. The product was suburb as always as I have used turbo tax for many years.

Installed and registered with no problems and i am sure there will be no issues when time comes to use.

However, please be on the lookout since this is a disk your software needs a CD-ROM Drive.

FOR SOME REASON WE DID NOT GET THE NEW STIMULESS 600 CHECK BECAUSE WE USED TURBO TAX WE CAN STILL GET THE MONEY WITH OUR TAX RETURNS.

Good, but problem with CA state filing

This year our CA state filing was REJECTED BECAUSE OF AN ERROR IN TURBO TAX SOFTWARE. Turbo Tax advised us yesterday of the problem, we will be re-submitting our state taxes again this weekend. First time we ever had a problem. Hopefully everything will be fine. 2/19/21

This year's version seemed a bit more complicated than it needed to be! I've always been a huge fan and am very familiar with the program. That being said, if I wasn't familiar it would have been even more confusing to me.
