I have been using Intuit turbotax for approximately twenty years and it hasn't let me down yet. This year finished my taxes and got my refund ten days later.

It was good enough, but if you have to file for more than one state, it can get quite pricey. Also since this is a "download" type of way to file, you need to save your previous year's info and import it manually (unlike the online version).

Software performed as advertised. It wasn't intuitive as I thought it would be in terms of finding some of the underlying forms and information when I was looking for some specific numbers but I managed to access the forms after some hunting around.

Excellent software. Not too expensive. I love shopping at Best Buy. I will continue to purchase my software and other computer needs from Best Buy.

May not be exciting but it's a good product and does what it's supposed to. Have used it for years. Purchased at BB for free shipping and price.

Turbo Tax makes filing a breeze. It keeps Prior year data and auto-populates essential information. Been using it for years!

allow's full control of tax form's. When there are exception's to 1040 such as forcing head of household, this cd version allow's manipulation/accounting at the form level. the internet based turbotax is cookie cutter and does not.

Tax season is here again. This is something you can keep record of for years and you can use more than one time to do taxes.

Using Turbox tax for number of years. Normally buy from Amazon. But this year bestbuy had the best deal.

Purchasing TurboTax was without a problem but when using I tried to talk to someone and there was no way to do that. The Program only allowed me to use the robotic answer. I could not find a working phone number.

Have been using this product since it was first introduced. I like the fact that the state is included.

I've used Turbo tax several years. It's only problem I have is it takes a long time to load the app, then a long time to load the file you're working on at the time. Much longer than H&R Block tax app. Why is this.

I have used Turbotax for many years and it does a great job for us. We get the Deluxe which meets our needs.

Turbotax was not as user friendly this year. It had some glitches when filing the return and further glitches on the return being accepted. Overall it was good but not as good as in years past.
