WORSE TURBOTAX EVER!!!!!

Downloads a erratic; if download is attempted but fails, you have lost that download. After downloading to a laptop & doing one return, I was unable to load program on another laptop because ALL FIVE DOWNLOADS HAD BEEN USED! Call in the help line was useless, wasted 2 hours. SO I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER PROGRAM! Which also had spotty download.
