TurboTax help works but you need patience!

When the cd wouldn’t complete to installation process I tried the web download feature with the same results. Not sure if the problem was the new computer I returned to the store with no help in solving the problem. A long wait on TurboTax help line revealed the problem and solution within 5 minutes once the call was answered.
