Don't buy it

This is preventing me from filing electronically which is why I chose it. Impossible to get anyone on the phone to fix it. What a waste.

It wouldn't let me report that I still haven't gotten the second stimulus check. It also wouldn't let me claim the max $300 cash donations. I'm going to try tax act next year. I've been using this for years and it keeps getting worse.

Software Issue on my Macbook pro

Unstable version

The tax file has corrupted twice and I'm not willing to complete the taxes again when both were finished

Free isn't free

The program tried to charge me $25. I submitted the Federal but ended up submitting the State Tax on the OK Tax Commission website. It was free there. I've been using Turbotax for years and usually let another household member use the State upload because I usually have to pay in. This time I was due a refund. Not happy.

TurboTax And Best Buy returns

Tried Intuit customer service suggestions spent all day trying to get it to download and install no success. Did not realize Best Buy had timeline for returns so too late to return out $53. Now going to switch and try H&R Block this year.

Poor purchase

Also some states are unusable on Turbo tax’s end (Alabama and California) but you don’t find that out until you’ve purchased the syste form and dropped $40!
