Easy to use, best tax software package on the market

Turbo Tax has been my go to tax product for years.

My 24th year of using TurnoTax. I have done test runs with competitors' products, and they fall short of TurboTax. I always file 1040, and find TurboTax robust and can handle any situation for any usee.

The program was easy to install and carried over my information from the prior tax year. Step by step illustrations and help sections make quick work out an odious task. Electronic filing was seamless.

For the most part it works well and it certainly beats all the hassle with filing taxes manually. However, one needs to pay attention and you should not believe everything the program tells you. Sometimes it makes assumptions that can cost you. I do not trust it explicitly but it son far surpasses the alternative that I use it every year.

You probably shouldn't be looking for purchase this item now that the tax year is over, but for the next version, I will certainly be purchasing the new version though for next year.

I wish this version would let me take a picture of my W-2s and 1099s like one is led to believe in their commercials.

Menus are easy to follow and the program walks you through all the required steps and forms. Helps to maximize your refund by making queries in all relevant tax categories.

The TurboTax software worked great. Very easy to use and had help text along the way. I filed on 4/12 and already have my return in my bank. I would recommend this tax software.
