Ideal solution for simpler tax reporting/returns. Offering more details about less common scenarios would be helpful (e.g. multi-state income reporting, less common deductions, etc.).

Overall, my tax requirements are faily simple. I find this software east to use. One are of confusion at least for me is the dependent care section. This has improved over the years.

I've used Turbo Tax for years. Every time it's been a good experience. I know they recently changed some things so some users had to pay extra for other features, those just didn't affect me this year.

Been using turbo tax for years. It imports last year's tax info and includes free federal electronic file. The state file I print out and mail in, otherwise it would be $20 for PA electronic returns.

I found turbotax to be very user friendly. It is beneficial to have some tax knowledge, but I think that even someone without tax knowledge would be able to use this product easily

I've been using turbo tax for the past five years. I love it! They make it easy to follow steps by steps. And I can take my time to finish it. Also you can see how much money you're making as you go.

I've used this for years with no problems. Refinanced last year & realized how many questions and situations the software doesn't address. Thankfully I could look up past questions posted by other users and made it through the program this year. It doesn't really come with a free state e-file. Just the forms are free. Very misleading. Also had a lot of trouble paying for the state so I could e-file. Had to make several calls, one last two hours, just to get everything resolved. In the last, however, I have been very pleased.

They CAN'T make filling out your tax form any easier ! Double checks for errors ! Get your refund mailed or directly deposited in your account. I've used this for years with absolutely no problems.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 5yrs and I think its one of the best out there. I have never used another brand so I can't compare it to anything. But the process is easy and straight forward.

This works really well and is very easy to use. Just follow through on the instructions given and the process is quick and simple. Will use again!

Solid program that easily imports files from previous years. I was impacted by some of the downgrades they made to the Deluxe edition this year, but they have made good on that.

Unless you have more than one state to do, this is worth the money...if you don't really know the tax rules it is helpful, but use the experts they have for more detail filing.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years now and have never had any problems with the program. I also only buy electronic items of any sort from Best Buy. You guys make Tax Time much easier! Thanks

I've used Turbotax since at least as far back as 2009. I probably used before, but theey are on a previous computer. Each year I find it is easier to use than the previous year. Very intuitive.
