Been using turbotax for many years and it always does the job for me. Actually had to call with a question this year and the support was outstanding. Wouldn't buy anything else.

I have used this product for probably 6-8 years now. I like the way it looks up last years information to populates much of your new return and ease of filing.

Turbo Tax really does step anyone thru the process. I was disappointed that I had to upgrade in the middle of the process but I did it without a glitch.

TurboTax is a great product and after the changes they made this year, they allowed purchase of the same product used last year (Deluxe) and free download of the Premier.

Being able to purchase tax software from BB has been a mechanism to keep me on track as well as make tax preparation easy for those of us that like to do it by ourselves.
