Turbo Tax Deluxe still works great for users who have a home, mortgage, property taxes, interest income and like to itemize their deductions. I realize that they have taken away the ability to handle rental and small business income in this version, so that is unfortunate for users who were able to use Turbo Tax Deluxe in the past for those types of income. But for me, it was a breeze this year. It obtains the appropriate info from last year and enters it into this year's return. It asks questions regarding things that you claimed last year and also asks about any new situations. All in all, it is a great product.

I have been using this product for several years. It is easy to install and walks you step by step through the entire process to include filing of the proper tax forms.

We received several emails about the Turbo Tax this year. We got it & did not have any problems with the program & got our refund in less than 7 days!

Always get gray results easy to follow and love how it populates my information so I'm simple making the necessary changes. Despite the recent issues things went well.

It was easy to install. Was able to do my taxes as well as my mother's and my aunt's. Step by step it was easy and was able to file with no problems.

I will always remember and recommend Turbo Tax to file the Income Tax Return. It is simple to used and get it right at the first time. The price is right at Best Buy.

While still very easy to use, seems some of the help scenes are no longer there. Heard you might have to upgrade, which isn't cost effective for me.

Picks up my old info so I only update whats needed, plus adding in anything new. My taxes are fairly simple though too, but I like how everything is checked for me.

I always purchase the turbo tax product and use it every year. I am happy with the way it works, easy to understand, quick to use and never had any problem with it.

I have been using TurboTax the last 10 years, it is a great product .Sometimes the title gets confusing like this year and I had to go to their website to confirm.

Turbo tax deluxe has changed its features from prior years. You used to be able to complete a Schedule C and security sales (schedule D). That is no longer possible with Turbotax Deluxe(not really deluxe anymore). In order to do what you used to do you now have to upgrade to TurboTax Home and Business which costs twice the price of the old TurboTax Delux. Upon discovering the inadequacies of the 2014 Turbo Tax deluxe I tried to return it to Best Buy. I was told I had to return it to TurbTax directly as Best Buy won't accept opened software. Since I had used a $10 Best Buy rewards program coupon as part of the purchase, I now loose that as well as having to pay shipping costs to return turbo tax to intuit. Bottom line, It cost me $15 to return a bad product. I am very unhappy with both Intuit and Best Buy.

I have used Turbo tax for the past two years and find it easy to use. The program is easy to follow and can be used for more than one tax return.

I have used Turbotax for several years now and it works well. My only complaint is that it costs an additional $25.00 to e-file my state return.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. i find it easy use. The application walks you through the forms easily. Allows you to update or add to your return before filing.

I have used Turbo tax for many years and have had no problems. Imports last years data and accurately allows you to complete current years taxes.

This gets the job done. I like doing it myself. They are having some trouble with the product this year though. I still have confidence in them.

THE PRODUCT IS INVALUABLE. IT IS EASY TO USE . ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS READ AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR IT WILL DIRECT YOU HOW TO CORRECT IT.
