After the initial update the product worked perfectly. Did not use the state feature, the Federal return was completed while answering questions.

We have been using TurboTax for years and it's so reliable and easy to use! They break it down to layman's terms that just anybody can do it!

Been using TurboTax for years. Comprehensive and easy to navigate. I like the error check and audit meter at the end. Some gripes about the program is that intuit has made a ridiculous amount of different versions of this software. It requires the buyer to really investigate which versions suits their needs. Also, its hard to rate anything 5 stars when you have to pay for software to determine how much money you have to pay the government, but still cheaper than tax preparation service or CPA.
