I have used this software for the last few years and each time I have been satisfied with its performance. No issues thus far.

I've been using Turbotax for about 8-10 years. I've always found the software to be intuitive and pretty straightforward. This year, however, there were a few confusing items that should have been resolved before April 15th. However, these issues were still evident the week before. I'm hoping that next year, Turbotax will have more quality control like in years past.
