The best easiest to use Tax software

I have never had a problem with the software. I did have an excellent experience with their tech support several years ago when I needed to download an older version of Turbo Tax to file an Amended return. I was extremely happy and surprised with the level of support they provided.

Great help for a complicated tax input

It did not take long to find that this package did not have the sale of stock in it. The package allowed me to load the investment portion for $0. I can not say how grateful I was that I did not have to purchase another version of TurboTax to complete my tax documents.

Dissapointed in Product

I used the same software as the previous year and had a carry over loss that I needed to report and I had to upgrade to the next software level and paid for the software which did nothing to improve my refund results so it was a total waste of money. I was reimbursed for part of my expense but it was very frustrating. Then my State refund was rejected because of a simple error that their program should have given me an error message for but did not so the state taxes had to be re-submitted....very frustrating.
