The software and e-Filing federal worked well, though there seems to be updates to the software every time I launch. I am still confused why the State e-Filing is not included or that states would not wave the e-filing costs since electronic means that someone is not re-keying the information.

Good product, I have been using it for several years. It pulls in information from prior years which saves time and reduces errors. This year my Delux version recognized I should use a higher version of Turbo Tax and downloaded the upgrade for free. I assume it is accurate as in prior years.

I had heard this tax season that TurboTax had changed some of the features available in the Delixe version, but I didn't think any of those applied to me. However, once I started my taxes, i needed some forms that were excluded this year. But TurboTax offered me a free upgrade to the next product!! Save me about $40!

My deductions are very similar every year and this year I had to upgrade 2 levels and ended up spending $130 on tax software. In previous years, I only had to spend $40. it still gets the job done easily. I will use it again.

I've been using TurboTax for many years, possibly since it first came out, but this year it just doesn't cut the mustard. There are lots of little strange bugs that happened during the walkthrough but I think moreso when you go back and do things individually. There were several times where no deduction or addition to my refund showed up when it should have but then at some point later I think it did. There was a couple of times when I went back through and then it changed even though I had not actually changed any information. I ended up filing for an extension partly because of some of this stuff that happened. I want to go through and make sure that things are right before I send them off. I still really like TurboTax, but this year they just didn't shine.

First time user of TurboTax. Software installed easily on my laptop. I didn't need the state portion since I live in Florida (no state income tax). Fee electronic filing was an added bonus with notifications that the return was accepted by the IRS. Would definitely think of using it next year.

Have been using turbo tax for 5 years now and as always it is fast, easy and stress free. Since I've been on their platform in previous years, all my profile and basic information are prepopulated and saves so much time. Easy to navigate interface and makes basic submissions a "no brainer!"

I need to file taxes for multiple states. They are asking for $39.99 plus tax for each additional state. Even though the initial price for federal is competent, it may get pricey depending upon your tax situation.

I have used this product for the last 8 years, it is easy to use, this year it did not have all features of past years, and my biggest complain is that they charge extra money to file E return for state taxes.

I've been doing my taxes with TurboTax for over 10 years, never had a problem with it. One issue, if using any software to do your taxes, wait until March to do them, so the software has been patched & updated. You don't want to be the beta tester trying to do your taxes in January.

Best Buy asked me to review Turbo Tax. It helped me do my taxes and ended up owing the State $250.00, so I'm not in a very good mood. At this point getting a second opinion would only cost me more money.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and it is a time and money saving method for doing my taxes. I might get a few extra bucks by using a tax accountant as I have in the past but was approaching $400 fee levels so I started doing them myself.
