Intuit published TurboTax 2014 Deluxe without the ability to report even a simple stock gain or loss. After complaint they made it good with a no cost upgrade and recently a commitment to return future TurboTax versions to include the ability to report capital gains/losses.

Have been using turbo tax fo many years - so far no complaints. Only issue when I bring the package home i realize I don't have a CD/DVD drive in my laptop It would be nice if they provide a better way to download and just have key from he box.

Have used TurboTax for years successfully. This year they scaled back the content of the Deluxe Edition. Thankfully TurboTax was willing to upgrade to include the content we have had in previous years. I suspect that won't happen next year.

I do not use the extra parts that have been controversial this year due to their unadvertised removal so I was not affected. I would have been angry if I had counted on these applications for years and had them removed without notification.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I wouldn't try anything else. They walk you thru step by step with very easy to understand instructions. They also double check your return for mistakes, plus the E-File feature and direct deposit of your return is great.

This product has saved me a ton Of time and found the most savings on my tax return. I have used it to file several returns this year and many previous years. I can do this for far less cost that having a professional do my taxes.

Turbo tax takes you step by step through the filing process. My only criticism would be that sometimes I wish the program would tell you the why behind the questions so you could better understand how decisions affect your taxes.

It was hard to tell what you were buying. I use Turbo Tax every year. I would buy it and it stated one state included free. Still, I find it an excellent program for doing returns.

TurboTax is poorly written and difficult to use, and mainly costs too much, especially for e-filing state taxes. It is OK at the very best, and certainly over-priced.

Worked well, issue with carry over data from last year prevented me from e-filing state taxes. Turbo-tax promptly refunded my cost for state e-file. Good product, fourth year in a row I have used it.

I was a little worried when I read that things had changed in the program, making it "more expensive with fewer features", so I waited until March to get the program, and it did everything I needed. Couldn't be simpler.

The product works well but the price keeps climbing.

I purchase this software each year from Best Buy simply put because it is the "best buy. I've checked other stores and asked friends about their "online" deals and it seems i'm doing alright.

I liked the Turbo Tax program until I was forced to pay for two additional upgrades. This never happened with the H&R Block program. Next year I will definitely go back to H&R Block At Home. Major disappointment with Turbo Tax!

The federal tax program worked great but I had a problem the state carrying over information that was not needed and would have resulted in less return received if it had not been caught.

I needed to upgrade to Home &Business to do my outside business. I've never had to do this. When I went to work on my income tax (most of it is done, just checking), it went to install and update and repeatedly crashed.

turbo is definitely easy to use even if you have never filed your own taxes. my daughter was able to do hers independently (well, almost)

Nice to know a company as big as Intuit will listen to its customers and correct what was a very poor business decision in their product for TY 2014. I've been using TurboTax for 25 years and counting.

I am concerned that after eight years of using TurboTax Deluxe it did not recognize my Allianz Life Insurance Annuity income, and I had to enter all the information from "scratch".

This was my first time using Turbo Tax CD software after using Turbo Tax online for years. Includes 5-free eFiles. Might try H&R Block's next year which is about half the price.
